Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-21
This Cookie Policy explains how Arqueosfera uses cookies and similar technologies.
Non-essential cookies and local storage for preferences are used only after you provide consent via the cookie banner.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage for some UI preferences and cached task data linked to your user ID.
2. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary — required for authentication, security, workspace scope, and storing your consent choices. These cannot be disabled while using the service.
Preferences — theme (archsphere_theme) and language (archsphere_locale) cookies, plus local storage for onboarding and UI filters when enabled.
Analytics — not used today. If enabled in the future, analytics scripts will load only after opt-in.
3. Cookie inventory
sb-* (Supabase) — session authentication — session — Strictly necessary — Supabase
archsphere_workspace_owner — active workspace scope — ~400 days — Strictly necessary — Arqueosfera
archsphere_consent — stores your cookie choices — ~400 days — Strictly necessary — Arqueosfera
archsphere_theme — UI theme preference — ~400 days — Preferences — Arqueosfera (consent required)
archsphere_locale — language preference — ~400 days — Preferences — Arqueosfera (consent required)
4. Local storage
Onboarding flags, project board filters, and standalone task cache may be stored in localStorage, keyed by your user ID. These are preference/functional items and follow your cookie preference choices.
5. Managing preferences
Use 'Cookie preferences' in the footer or profile Privacy & Data section to change your choices at any time.
You may also configure your browser to block cookies; blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.
6. Updates
We may update this policy (version 2026-06-21). New non-essential cookies will require renewed consent.
