These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Arqueosfera platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Arqueosfera on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that the organization accepts these Terms.
1. The service
Arqueosfera provides structured decision-making, prioritization, governance, and people-centric workspace features for professional teams.
Features may change over time. We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing workspace sharing permissions.
3. B2B data responsibilities
When you enter participant or employee data, your organization acts as the data controller.
You warrant that you have a lawful basis under applicable data protection law (including LGPD) to collect and process such data in Arqueosfera.
You will inform affected individuals about processing, honor data subject requests for data you control, and avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless you have specific legal authorization and appropriate safeguards.
Arqueosfera acts as a processor/operator for participant data and processes it only to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use Arqueosfera to harass or discriminate against individuals.
You may not reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
5. Workspace sharing
Workspace owners may grant other users read access to workspace content, including participant records and assessments.
You are responsible for verifying that invitees are authorized to view shared data under your organization's policies.
6. Intellectual property
Arqueosfera retains rights in the platform. You retain rights in content you upload, subject to the license needed for us to host and display it to authorized users.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided 'as is' to the maximum extent permitted by law. Assessment and analytics features are aids for professional judgment, not medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via profile settings. We may suspend access for material breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, data deletion follows our Privacy Policy and configured retention rules.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Disputes should first be addressed by contacting us at the privacy contact listed in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version date is 2026-06-21. Material changes require renewed acceptance where mandated by law.
